Provide comprehensive Account Management services for SCRAP NYC, focusing on the Textile Recycling Program in partnership with Cintas. As the primary point of contact:
Manage relationships with Cintas Distribution Centers and Rental Sites across the United States.
Serve as an escalation point for the Cintas Leadership team.
Identify growth opportunities to expand SCRAPNYC’s products and services for Cintas’ national account.
Conduct regular touchpoint meetings with Cintas.
Generate periodic status reports.
Identify and facilitate education and training opportunities for Cintas staff.
These services are designed to enhance communication, increase operational efficiency, and drive the expansion of SCRAP offerings to meet Cintas’ evolving needs.
Success will be measured through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction scores, service expansion metrics, and training effectiveness.
